The applicant must possess
- a recognised university degree in information technology, computer science, information systems or related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably including hands-on experience in workflow automation, digitalisation or Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- proven hands-on ability to build practical departmental solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and to apply AI / Copilot tools to simplify routine work, improve data accuracy and support operational monitoring knowledge of data reporting tools, database concepts or basic scripting would be an advantage Chinese word processing is a must
- good understanding of daily office operations, with the ability to translate manual procedures, service pledges and SOP requirements into user-friendly digital workflows and monitoring tools
- good interpersonal, coordination and time management skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure willing to perform occasional outdoor field duties to support on-site checks when required and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include
- to design, build, enhance and maintain practical in-house digital tools and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, with a focus on solving real operational needs and reducing manual work across collaboration schemes
- to apply AI / Copilot tools, data analytics and automation logic to streamline application handling, preliminary checking, quota monitoring, document control and operational reporting
- to review departmental procedures, service pledges and SOP requirements, and develop digital forms, dashboards, reminders and checking mechanisms to improve accuracy, efficiency and compliance
- to support daily departmental operations, including monitoring course and application status, student intake / quota utilisation, record accuracy and key operational data for management review
- to design, test and update digital checklists, field-inspection records and mobile-friendly tools for the QA Team, ensuring inspection and monitoring data can be properly captured and maintained
- to assist in on-site inspections, recruitment activities, promotional events, briefing sessions and HKIC activities, including field recording, digital support, logistics, materials preparation and post-event data consolidation and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
