Job Summary

  • This role is to drive digital sales and under Digital Commerce via paid digital channels.

The Job

  • Drive acquisition strategy & sales outcomes: Formulate and execute digital acquisition strategies to optimize KPIs (e.g., ROAS, acquisition cost, margin) and improve conversion
  • Plan and run performance marketing: implement data-driven acquisition across channels such as Social, Display, SEM, 3rd-party social, and Affiliate
  • Optimize campaign & funnel performance: Continuously improve channel/campaign performance, analyze funnel results, and translate insights into actions across paid and non-paid media
  • Reporting, dashboards & measurement: Build sales reporting frameworks and real-time dashboards (Looker Studio) ensure robust tracking/tagging implementation (GA, GTM, GMP)
  • Customer behavior & experimentation: Use heatmaps to understand customer behavior support A/B testing to improve conversion and meet business KPIs
  • Stakeholder collaboration & execution rigor: Partner effectively with stakeholders/vendors maintain disciplined monitoring and ensure trafficking/tagging best practices
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns/initiatives comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements

The Person

  • University graduate major in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of working experience in driving digital sales & marketing or e-commerce with proven track record
  • Analytical ability to extract insights and actions from data and translate into meaningful results
  • Effectively presenting strategic and campaign performance to partners, staff and management
  • Facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting, pacing, campaign creation and optimization
  • Hands on experience on Google Analytics & GMP (including Tag Manager, Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Hands on paid media planning and optimization (Search, Programmatic, Social, Video, etc)
  • Hands on experience of Martech & Adtech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to improve online conversion rate, e.g. A/B tasty website optimization
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Great in communications and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and cope with stress
  • Strong accuracy, detail-oriented and very well-organized
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible, organized, and a committed team player
  • Deliver results in a timely, relevant, and effective manner
