Business Function:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Description:
1. New to Bank account opening process. 客戶開戶基本資料建檔作業/各項歸檔作業協辦.
2. Customer application and static data maintenance 客戶帳戶相關各項申請資料建檔作業
3. Customer account certification applicaion 客戶申請帳戶明細 / 餘證查詢
4. IBG offical Letter handling 企業客戶帳戶相關公文處理
5. Audit confirmaiton support 會計師函證協辦作業,
6. System UAT support 支援系統測試
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above,
2. 內稽內控證照,
3. 文書處理( MS Office Word、Excel),中英文輸入
4. 基本英文讀寫能力,
5. 無經驗但 學習能力佳者可, 具銀行經驗尤佳
