Job Description:

  • Assist in agency recruitment events, such as material preparation, logistic arrangement and event enrolment

  • Prepare the promotional materials of recruitment events (e.g. Poster and Promotion Email)

  • Prepare and consolidate the market data and company information for the recruitment tools (e.g. Recruitment Brochure, Rollup Banner and recruitment leaflet)

  • Co-ordinate with vendors, designers and technicians for the arrangements of events and workshops

  • Provide daily support on team administration such as payment

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in insurance industry with experience in agency operations

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Sound understanding of insurance industry including basic insurance concepts, product knowledge, sales cycle and trends, agency culture and behaviors

  • Sound business acumen and marketing sense

  • Logical thinking

  • Good event management and problem solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing
