Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of ByteDance IT network, including campus, offline, warehouse and other related scenarios 2. Responsible for fault response and resolution of ByteDance IT network, daily maintenance operations, including but not limited to regular inspections, daily alarms, business consultation, failure reporting for frontline team upgrades, daily changes, etc. 3. Responsible for optimizing work details, such as process optimization, process automation and other methods to improve efficiency, such as assisting the project team to coordinate supplier processes, problem handling standard processing process document output, business application process optimization, etc. 4. Responsible for assisting the network architecture team to complete architecture iterations and standard iterations, related demand research, solution design, and solution implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, network communications, computer and other related majors, more than 3 years of network operation and maintenance work experience 2. Familiar with wireless network communication principles, capable of wireless network troubleshooting, experience in wireless network planning, construction and large-scale wireless network optimization is preferred 3. Familiar with TCP/IP related protocol stacks, such as NAT, DHCP, DNS, TCP/UDP, IPSEC VPN, dot1x/MAC certification, etc. 4. Proficient in basic routing and switching protocols, such as stp/static/ospf/BGP/IPV6/VxLAN, etc. 5. Familiar with mainstream network brand products such as aruba, Cisco, Shanshi, etc. 6. Familiar with the working principles of SDWAN, capable of SDWAN troubleshooting, and experience in enterprise SDWAN overall planning and deployment 7. Proficient in programming languages such as Python for writing automation tools, and those with experience in network operation and maintenance automation projects are preferred.
