What you'll achieve

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Network Engineer to join our team in implementing and maintaining the network infrastructure for our global sites.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network architecture, protocols, and technologies, as well as excellent technical and collaboration skills.

The Network Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the stability of our lab environments, and supporting the development of new products and technologies

Responsibilities

• Implement, and maintain lab lab architectures that support diverse research and development teams. Ensure network scalability, reliability and performance.
• Lead the development of complex network topologies including routing, switching, and security, and data center technologies.
• Oversee the daily operations of lab networks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Collaborate cross-functional teams, including research and development, IT, cybersecurity and vendors, to drive innovation and excellence.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, with 2+ years implementing, and maintaining large-scale, complex network environments.
• Fluent English skill, report to US manager and work with global team member.
• Knowledge of core protocols: TCP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking equipment from major vendors (e.g, Arista, Cisco, Dell)
• Familiarity with network management tools, including monitoring, and configuration-management tools.
• Experience in problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Desirable Requirements

• Professional certifications such as CCNA or equivalent.

• Experience in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and solve complex technical challenges with clarity and precision.
