Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the basic capability construction and business implementation of basic models and generative artificial intelligence, including but not limited to text generation/translation, graphic text, deep fake technology, large model efficient training/inference, etc., tracking the most cutting-edge developments in the industry, and conducting forward-looking technical research 2. Lead the team to implement AIGC related technologies in the content understanding of commercial products such as advertising, e-commerce, short videos, and live broadcasts, and build a new generation of commercial ecology based on large models 3. Responsible for the project planning, team building, and cross-team cooperation of the large model algorithm team to build an industry-leading content understanding algorithm team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, automation, electronic information or related majors, more than 5 years of algorithm research and development experience, more than 1 year of team management experience 2. Solid programming foundation, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms 3. Solid algorithm foundation, rich experience in at least one field of computer vision or NLP, and AIGC-related algorithm experience and business implementation experience 4. Be able to keep up with cutting-edge technology, have insight into industry development trends, design the technical structure of the entire team, and plan medium and long-term development routes 5. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking skills, communication and collaboration skills, maintain curiosity about new things, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be honest and reliable 6. Applicants who have published high-level AIGC-related papers in top AI conference journals (such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, TPAMI, IJCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, etc.) will be given priority.
