Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 3 years of experience in device manufacturing, process engineering or product design.
- Experience working with OEM partners in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing manufacturing processes through the use of PFMEA, process monitors, capability analysis, root cause analysis and design of experiments.
- Experience in manufacturing process development and transitioning new products through full product life-cycle.
- Experience in mechanical design tools such as Solidworks or NX.
- Ability to grow in a fluid environment, along with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally for business up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities
- Advocate early-stage Design for Manufacturability (DFM) through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless New Product Introduction/Technology Introduction and risk mitigation utilizing tools like PFMEA.
- Leverage Six Sigma and statistical methods to identify root causes, minimize yield loss, and drive continuous improvement in quality and manufacturing non-conformities for evaluation of emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and automation strategies to enhance manufacturing maturity, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
- Manage Contract Manufacturing (CM) partnerships to drive product innovation while developing capabilities for cost tracking and process validation.
