Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Join our innovative team as a Mechanical Design Lead, where you will play a crucial role in driving design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary mechanical design resource and team lead in Singapore. Oversee and coordinate project activities to ensure successful execution. Plan projects effectively and allocate resources efficiently. Collaborate closely with the local tool design team. Work in partnership with manufacturing sites to support new product introductions (NPI). Engage with development project teams globally to provide support and insights. Assist local management and sales teams with budgeting and quoting for customer projects, both new and existing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Design. Proven track record in Product Development and familiarity with the entire process. Experience in Project Management and technical leadership roles. Strong interpersonal skills, along with a creative and problem-solving approach. Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
