Lead the regional marketing agenda for hospitality services to grow passenger demand, strengthen brand awareness, and develop strategic partnerships. Drive measurable impact for both inbound and outbound traffic, and support loyalty program acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute regional marketing strategy aligned to business priorities, revenue targets, and brand goals.
- Lead and develop the regional marketing team—set goals, coach, and ensure delivery.
- Localise and optimise global campaigns with cross-market and global growth marketing teams.
- Support cross-border passenger growth initiatives across B2C, B2B2C, and B2B channels.
- Coordinate campaign execution with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Loyalty, Sales, BD, etc.).
- Track performance, analyse market trends/customer behaviour, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
- 7–10 years marketing experience, with strong regional partnership/demand generation experience in travel, aviation, or hospitality.
- Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and complex stakeholders.
- Strong partnership marketing experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing and ability to deliver market-specific insights.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
