Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Brand & IMC Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and scale build Matchii's brand and demand engine across key digital channels. This role will own channel strategy, execution, and optimization to drive awareness, pipeline, and long-term growth.
You will bring the Matchii brand to life through creative campaigns and clear storytelling for business and developer audiences. You will also work across regions and with partners to ensure marketing activities are aligned, timely, and effective.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of the Matchii brand and product in key target markets.
- Bring the Matchii brand to life through one-of-a-kind brand campaigns and creative brand concepts that target our business and developer audiences.
- Work with the team to provide strategy around marketing campaigns to execute them in a results and metrics driven fashion.
- Lead and facilitate joint marketing opportunities with clients, agencies, and community partners to drive Matchii's brand narrative and growth.
- Select, onboard, and manage external creative agencies and freelancers, ensuring all activities are aligned with our brand strategy and timeline.
- Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation, ensuring key marketing activities are activated at the right time with optimized ROI.
- Ability to think outside of the box and challenge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, IMC, digital marketing or related roles.
- Proven and progressive experience working as a brand leader in B2B technology space.
- Passion for creativity, innovation and making complex topics and systems accessible and understandable.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to convert quantitative & qualitative research into actionable insights.
- Excellent program management skill set able to identify work streams, plan rollouts and execute.
- Background in building brands inclusive of audiences that span wide functions and geographies.
- Experience building and scaling processes, budgets, tools, and programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Early-stage environment with high ambiguity; requires building from scratch
- Native or near-native English fluency with a strong grasp of North American business etiquette, idioms, and cultural context.
- Deep understanding of North American culture, market dynamics, and business practices.
