We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who is creative and performance driven to join our team!
This is a role spanning Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing and Social Media & Content Marketing. The ideal candidate combines deep e-commerce expertise with a strong creative instinct and a rigorous, data-first approach — capable of setting strategy while staying close to execution. He/She will also manage key projects, analyse marketing performance and support initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage and continuously optimise the brand's digital presence including website, landing pages, and e-commerce touchpoints to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to build customer journeys, nurture leads, and improve retention across the funnel.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated online and offline marketing campaigns - from concept and briefing through to launch, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure campaign messaging is aligned and commercially sound.
- Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, marketing materials, and post-campaign reports; track results and apply learnings to future campaigns.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube); experience with TikTok is a plus.
- Assist with the funneling process, from traffic acquisition to conversion.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to identify user drop-off points, friction, and behavioural patterns, and translate insights into optimisation strategies.
- Actively manage and scale performance marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, CAC, ROAS, and overall user experience impact.
- Set up and run A/B tests and experiments across ads, audiences, messaging, offers, and funnel steps to improve user experience and conversion performance.
- Report regularly on performance KPIs, clearly communicating behavioural insights, learnings, and optimisation opportunities to stakeholders.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Plan and manage social media content across platforms ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Work with departments to produce high-quality posts, campaign visuals, and promotional materials.
- Monitor performance across engagement, reach, follower growth, and audience response — continuously optimising content strategy based on data insights.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Manage the company's KOLs and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.
- Support user-generated content campaigns and community engagement initiatives to deepen brand loyalty.
