KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Campaign Support
- Assist in execution of brand marketing campaigns, promotions, and activation in line with Rituals brand guidelines.
- Support in-store and mall activations, including lease line setups, seasonal campaigns, and promotional roll outs
- Coordinate basic logistics for marketing activities, including material preparation and on-site support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the marketing team
- Drive increased traffic to stores and brand sales.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Support social media content filming , photography, and simple video editing for platforms
- Assist in creating short-form contents and basic captions aligned with brand tone.
- Support execution of social media content calendars and campaigns launches.
- Source content from stores and activations, including store visuals and staff participation.
Events & Activations
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing events, pop ups, and brand activations
- Support event setup, on-site coordination, and teardown when required.
- Assist with post-event photos, video documentation and basic reporting.
Reporting & Coordination
- Assist in preparing basic marking reports, summaries and presentations.
- Maintain marketing assets, samples, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with retail teams, internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution
- Support the Marketing Department and all other departments and regional offices where required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business , or related field,
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience for Executive level.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience for Senior Executive level.
- Experience in retail, beauty, luxury, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Creative, proactive and detail orientated mindset
- Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
