【Position Summary】
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communication Senior Specialist to drive integrated marketing communications and brand engagement across the Asia semiconductor market.
This role will work closely with the US marketing team and regional sales teams in Asia to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, build market awareness, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about semiconductor technologies, skilled in technical and corporate communications, and capable of transforming complex industrial solutions into compelling market narratives for customers, media, and potential talents.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Localize global marketing and communication strategies into effective regional penetration plans aligned with Asia market dynamics.
- Collaborate proactively with regional sales teams and the global marketing organization to execute integrated marketing programs across Asia.
- Develop and drive demand generation activities through public relations, exhibitions, customer engagement events, and branded merchandising.
- Work closely with media partners, agencies, and exhibition organizers to ensure effective execution and consistent corporate branding.
【Qualifications】
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing communication, public relations, or integrated marketing within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor or related industrial technology markets.
- Proven experience in public relations management, exhibition coordination, and event execution.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation capabilities with strong sensitivity to technical and industrial market topics.
- Flexible to support global collaboration across time zones and participate in meetings with US-based teams.
- Willing to travel between Hsinchu and Taoyuan offices as required.
- Able to support domestic and international business travel arrangements and coordinate marketing activities, events, and exhibitions.
