Job Description

Giga Computing is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing activities with a strong focus on vendor MDF management and co-marketing initiatives, particularly within the server and enterprise solution space. This role emphasizes strategic execution, partner collaboration, and customer-facing marketing programs, rather than hands-on content production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute vendor MDF (Marketing Development Funds) programs, including planning, application, execution tracking, and post-campaign evaluation to ensure alignment with approved marketing plans and ROI objectives.

Own the execution of co-marketing activities with customers and partners, such as workshops, seminars, joint events, and solution-focused engagements.

Coordinate and manage regional or global tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and partner events, with a strong focus on operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Actively participate in customer meetings, collaborating with sales and business development teams to design and deliver effective co-event strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, BD, regional marketing, operations) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure all marketing activities adhere to Giga Computing's brand guidelines and positioning.

Analyze campaign effectiveness and MDF utilization, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT, server, or enterprise technology industry.

Proven experience in MDF management and execution, including vendor coordination and budget tracking.

Strong background in customer-facing marketing activities and co-event execution.

Proficient in a second foreign language; non-native candidates are welcome.

Must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese with internal cross-functional teams.

Educational background or secondary specialization in EE, CS, or related technical fields is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of enterprise technology solutions and the ability to translate business needs into executable marketing programs.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leveraging marketing automation or data-driven tools to track performance and improve campaign effectiveness is preferred.
