Senior Marketing and Customer Relations Officer

Your New Role:

• Execute integrated digital marketing strategies (social media, content, SEO, paid media, CRM, etc.) to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and conversion
• Manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the official fan club, including membership programs, benefits, and retention activities

• Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional, timely and customer-centric manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email and messages regarding our products, delivery, events, and streaming services
• Proactively collaborate with internal teams to address service gaps and provide solutions to customers
• Coordinate with external warehouses and delivery partners to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Monitor order statuses and adjust customer purchase orders to facilitate smooth deliveries

What makes you succeed:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years customer service and marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce
• Solid experience in community building, fan engagement, and event execution
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and a proactive team player
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Mature, independent, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
