Responsibilities
- Lead wealth management platform transformation and key operational areas: Client Onboarding & KYC, Trade Flow, Suitability & Product Governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement streamlined, automated workflows.
- Drive digitization and STP to reduce manual touchpoints and strengthen controls.
- Ensure compliance with HKMA/SFC regulations familiarity with MAS rules is a plus.
- Define automation roadmap and leverage vendor platforms (KYC tools, OMS, suitability systems).
- Establish and monitor KPIs and control metrics to track success and resilience.
Requirements - Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related discipline.
- 8-10 years Wealth Management experience in Middle Office, Operations, Compliance or Risk & Control.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, trade support, suitability, product governance, and complex wealth products.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, control design, and platform implementation (CRM, KYC, OMS).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
