We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Transformation Senior Manager to join our Broker Service Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying process gaps, leveraging digital solutions, and streamlining workflows to enhance operational efficiency. You will also lead the team in developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Process Analysis: Identify and analyze existing process gaps within the broker service operations.

- Digitalization Initiatives: Lead the implementation of digital solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

- Streamlining Operations: Design and implement streamlined workflows that improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Compensation Process Optimization: Oversee the compensation process, ensuring it is efficient and transparent.

- Project Management: Follow up on various ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

- IT Support: Assist team members with IT-related issues and provide guidance on best practices and tools.

- Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate and manage ad hoc reports to support management decisions and performance tracking.

- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the team, fostering professional development and encouraging innovative thinking.

- Talent Development: Mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, promoting a culture of growth and collaboration.
