Our client is a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization and is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to drive compensation and benefits strategies and support the organization's broader HR initiatives.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organisational objectives, including annual salary reviews, increments, bonuses and incentive programmes.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness and internal equity.
- Provide guidance on job evaluations, pay structures and differentiated reward strategies for key employee groups.
- Review and enhance benefits programmes to support employee attraction, retention and wellbeing.
- Manage compensation-related projects and ad-hoc payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and Finance on remuneration matters and support the Head of HR on key HR initiatives.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation& Benefits or a related HR function.
- Strong experience managing compensation cycles, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits.
- Prior experience in market benchmarking and job evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills experience with Power BI or similar tools would be advantageous.
