Role summary
The Strategic Program Management and Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and coaching strategic programs across UTAC sites. This role ensures the successful execution of programs by aligning them with organizational goals, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives operational excellence initiatives, and ensures the delivery of high-quality outcomes within defined timelines and budgets. This position plays a critical role in enhancing organizational performance and achieving strategic objectives through effective program management and operational leadership.

Requirements
. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
. Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, operations, or continuous improvement roles, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in multi-site or global organization
. Strong knowledge of program/ project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
. Demonstrated success delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget
. Ability to manage risks, prioritize effectively, and drive execution across multiple initiatives
. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse teams and functions
