- Leadthe global EHS and Sustainability Project Management Office, PMO, ensuring alignment with companys strategic objectives.
- DevelopandimplementEHS and Sustainability project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Coordinatewith regional and functional leaders to ensure EHS compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability goals are met.
- Overseethe planning, execution, and delivery of EHS and sustainability projects across the organization.
- Monitorandreporton the status of EHS and sustainability projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Promotea culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization, driving initiatives that improve the companys environmental footprint.
- Managethe EHS and Sustainability PMO budget and resources.
- Ensurecontinuous improvement of EHS project management practices and sustainability initiatives through benchmarking and lessons learned.
- ManageandcoordinateEHS training programs across the organization, ensuring employees are adequately trained and informed about EHS policies, procedures, and sustainability goals.
- Overseethe implementation and maintenance of ISO systems (such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), ensuring compliance with international standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management or related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in EHS, project management, sustainability initiatives, training management, and ISO system management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, sustainability practices, and ISO systems.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
