Your profile:

. Minimum 5-7 years of consulting experience in top tier organizations

. MBA degree from a top tier institute is highly desirable

. Fluency in business English (written and spoken)

. Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting

. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

. Clear and top-down communication is a must

. Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively

. Enthusiasm for working in teams

. Customer-oriented thinking

. Flexibility and willingness to travel

. Interest in growth topics, GTM, pricing and sales is good to have
