Senior Manager, SAP

• Able to be the solution architect for Budgeting, Forecasting and Consolidation Solutions based on SAP BPC and BW4/HANA
• Experience with the finance consolidation processes and able to speak business languages to support users pain points
• Able to monitor critical timelines to ensure accurate financial consolidation results are delivered
• Able to assist users in data migration and/or data verification advice if there are queries on financial balances
• Understand, develop, and maintain BW/BPC data flows, input forms, management reports, and dashboards using BW/BI reporting tools
• Customize and manage modelling in BW/4 HANA
• Able to design, develop, perform, troubleshoot data flow and reconcile SAP reports between SAP FICO to SAP BPC
• Able to communicate to the technical team to translate business requirements
• Leading and providing SAP BPC system support and end-user training
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP BPC offerings, updates, and developments
• Strengthen organizational capability and build downstream domain knowledge through facilitation of knowledge transfer sessions for employee
• Perform role of business analyst, trouble-shooter, successfully identifying system inconsistencies and implementing optimum business solutions and business process enhancements for users

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years experience as a SAP BW/BPC consultant, with experience in large implementation as a functional consultant
• Minimal Bachelor of Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred.SAP-accredited certification on SAP BPC, BW or HANA modelling
• Intensive knowledge of SAP BPC/BW business consolidation processes
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills with key stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under business focused and fast-moving environment
