Senior Manager – Regulatory Compliance, Asset Management (Singapore) (CLOSED)

A professional services and regulatory advisory platform is seeking a Senior Manager to support regulatory compliance advisory services for fund management clients. This role combines technical regulatory expertise with client relationship management, supporting asset managers across licensing, reporting, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Advisory & Client Management

• Manage a portfolio of fund management clients, delivering regulatory compliance advisory and support
• Provide guidance on regulatory obligations, licensing requirements, and compliance frameworks
• Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory developments and industry changes

Regulatory Reporting & Licensing Support

• Prepare and review regulatory filings, returns, and regulatory surveys
• Support license applications and manage regulatory enquiries
• Assist clients in designing and implementing compliance policies and procedures

Service Delivery & Business Development Support

• Monitor service delivery standards and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to support clients with broader compliance and advisory solutions

Key Requirements

• 5+ years regulatory compliance experience within consultancy, audit, regulators, or asset management firms
• Strong understanding of asset management regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements
• Strong technical compliance knowledge and regulatory interpretation skills
• Strong communication and client engagement capabilities
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and commercially aware mindset
