Job Description

Lead the roadmap and execution of product and lifecycle transformation
Drive end-to-end process improvements across engineering functions
Optimise product workflows, data structures, and digital ecosystems
Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, etc
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and programme tracking
Drive change management to ensure adoption and sustainability
Deliver initiatives that improve product velocity and operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

10+ years experience in product lifecycle management, product development, or transformation
Proven track record driving cross-functional strategic initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience across engineering, manufacturing, and data environments
Knowledge of product lifecycle processes and system optimisation
Ability to operate as a hands-on strategic individual contributor
