About The Job

You will play a highly hands-on, strategic role in strengthening the firm's defense against supplier and outsourcing risks. You will be expected to draft, implement, and operationalize key risk frameworks. Your core responsibilities include:

Designing and Executing the end-to-end Outsourcing Governance framework, ensuring MAS compliance.
Leading and performing complex Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and due diligence assessments.
Driving the strategic integration of Outsourcing Risk Management practices across the business.
Acting as the subject matter expert, turning regulatory requirements into actionable, practical policies.

Skills And Experience Required

At least 6-8 years of specialist experience in Outsourcing Governance, TPRM, and Vendor Management.
Proven track record in Third Party Risk Management within the Insurance or Financial Services industry (Insurance experience is highly preferred).
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to the Singapore market (e.g., MAS guidelines).
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
