The role will be responsible for leading partnership system projects by gathering business and user requirements from partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet partnership needs. Also, it will oversee the setup and maintenance of commission structures for brokers and bank partners and lead the team in preparing user stories, developing test cases, and conducting system testing to support successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Represent Partnership Divisions in leading IT-related system projects, including system enhancements, onboarding of new partners/brokers, commission structure setup, and implementation of regulatory changes, ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on the design and implementation of end-to-end sales processes to support partnership channels.

  • Lead the team in preparing user stories, developing test cases, and performing system testing to ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.

  • Ensure IT budgets for Partnership Divisions are adequately planned, closely monitored, and efficiently utilized.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in insurance sales processes, operations, and administration management within the insurance or banking industry, or in a business analyst role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes, operations, and administration.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
