Responsibilities
- Develop global supply chain strategies for mass production (ramp-up, sustaining, ramp-down), mastering the supply plan, managing Work in Progress (WIP) flow, and optimizing inventory from foundry to finished goods.
- Lead fulfillment execution, manage Purchase Orders (POs), payments, and priority batch tracking, oversee production control functions (dispatching, expediting), and ensure compliance for inventory and global supply logistics.
- Report supply versus demand, shortages, and risks to executive leadership, drive data integrity and establish dashboards for proactive alerting, maintaining a single source of truth for all supply deliverables.
- Lead and develop a team, drive all people management from recruiting to mentorship, and resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to orchestrate and align material readiness for mass production, developing resolutions for any supply gaps.
