The role will be a communication strategist to lead external communications and executive profile. This role ensures that the reputation of PCALT is well managed and protected and properly perceived by public as a lifetime partner. The role will serve as a strategic and trusted partner to senior management and business, crafting communications strategy, executive profile, crisis and issue management.Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage external communications strategy to consolidate positive reputation for PCALT as a team leader.
2. Plan and profile CEO profile internally and externally with consistent and professional manner on various platforms such as CEO messages, town hall, Centre's internal event, or other external speaking opportunities.
3. Crisis and issue management, as well as flagging potential issues and handling in timely and professional manner.
4. Represent the team as the go-to person and participate in relevant meetings to provide professional and sensible advice and judgement.
5. Manage external communications policy and guideline, support and train spokesperson when they are representing the companies for external events. 6. 6. Plan and management media communications strategy by various platforms such as LinkedIn, press releases, press events or interviews to support corporate storytelling and business agenda.
7. Closely work with Centre's Communications team on key initiatives and able to localize narratives to create impactful results.
