Key Deliverables

• Lead legal strategy for product, partnerships, and business initiatives across Web3 landscape
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including NDAs, MOUs, and commercial contracts
• Drive regulatory compliance and risk assessment for fintech and blockchain operations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsels to support business goals and transactions

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assess implications of emerging technologies and regulations
• Identify legal and compliance risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
• Create and maintain legal templates and scalable legal processes
• Represent the company in legal discussions with partners, vendors, and regulators
