Job Responsibilities
Procurement & Contract Management
- Collaborate with D&T teams to define IT solution and service needs, and develop procurement strategies
- Lead ITQ / RFI / RFP processes, including vendor evaluation, selection, and award recommendations
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, renewal, and compliance with service commitments
- Oversee administrative and financial aspects of vendor contracts, including penalties for non-compliance
- Manage and oversee high-value strategic partner contracts across IT helpdesk, software engineering, quality assurance services, cloud infrastructure, end user support, and application maintenance & support services, with annual contract portfolios valued at approximately $10–15 million across more than 20 vendors.
Vendor & Performance Management
- Establish, monitor, analyse, and report vendor performance metrics and KPIs against SLAs
- Maintain strategic partnerships with IT suppliers and serve as the primary point of contact for service and escalation matters
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and service improvements
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and security risks associated with vendors
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage outsourced project timelines, scope, and costs from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure vendor solutions meet business needs and operational requirements
Governance & Compliance
- Lead third-party governance within D&T, ensuring adherence to company policies, third-party management requirements, data protection regulations, and legal standards
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: PMP, CITPM, ITIL
Experience
- At least 10 years relevant experience in IT vendor, procurement and contract management, with prior experience in IT applications project management and maintenance support
- Experience in outsourcing and contracting for technology projects, including managing vendor project teams for project delivery in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations. Managed individual contract values exceeding $3 million.
- Hands on experiences of Agile and Waterfall projects to deliver the best practice project management methodologies, tools and processes. PMP / CITPM certification is preferred.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software licensing and cloud services (SaaS, PaaS)
