As the business continues to scale, they are strengthening their finance leadership team to support strategic decision-making, enhance financial governance and drive operational excellence across regional entities.

Job Description

Reporting to senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will:

Lead finance operations and oversee financial reporting across overseas entities
Manage group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis
Partner with stakeholders to strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks
Support treasury management, external audits and statutory reporting requirements
Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for acquisitions and strategic investments
Drive post-acquisition finance integration initiatives and process harmonisation
Participate in cross-functional transformation projects while mentoring and developing finance talent

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA)
Experience in sizable manufacturing set-ups, partnering with regional or overseas finance team
Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and management reporting
Exposure to M&A transactions, financial due diligence or integration activities
Strong understanding of treasury, tax planning, financial controls and cost management
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
