Our client, a leading company specializing in manufacturing a wide range of Chinese and Asian sauces, is looking for a driven professional to oversee daily administrative functions, streamline operational processes, and manage human resource activities to ensure smooth organizational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead / manage various global rewards projects such as global annual salary review and bonus, global budget (manpower and staff costs planning and consolidation), global pay philosophy, job architecture revamp, salary survey, market benchmarking, various incentive scheme review, staff cost simulation and analysis, compensation and benefits programs integration and alignment with various systems and policy etc.
- Work with LKK Group and external vendors for various rewards projects e.g. job evaluation and job architecture review, strategic workforce planning for all zones, total rewards strategy transformation, Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) revamp, Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) design etc.
- Act as advisor to local HR to continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the current reward programs and processes
- Provide end user support to respective local HR and closely work with Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) team and HR Business Partners (HRBP) globally in functions and zones: Asia Pacific, China, Americas, and Europe
- Coordinate with internal and external counterparts to facilitate international assignments and mobility strategy
- Review C&B policies and practices and establish administration procedures for local markets adoption
- Perform other assigned duties and ad hoc projects
