Job Description

The Senior FP&A Manager will build and lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function — turning data into the insight that drives how the business plans, prices and grows. You will own budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, and act as a trusted partner to leadership on the decisions that shape our trajectory.

This is a build-and-lead role: you will establish scalable planning processes, develop a high-performing team, and make FP&A a true business partner across the company as we scale into new markets.

You Will

Budgeting, forecasting & planning

  • Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process across the group
  • Build and maintain financial models, scenarios and the analytics that underpin them

Management reporting & analytics

  • Deliver management reporting, KPIs and dashboards, and analyse performance against plan
  • Provide revenue, profitability and unit-economics analysis (e.g. CAC, contribution margin, LTV) to guide decisions
  • Lead cost analysis and allocation across countries, products and segments, partnering with Controllership

Business partnering & decision support

  • Partner with leadership and functional teams on pricing, revenue, cost, capital allocation and investment decisions
  • Support board and investor reporting, fundraising and strategic initiatives

Process, insight & leadership

  • Build scalable planning and reporting processes, BI / data tooling and AI tools to improve speed, accuracy and insight
  • Partner with Controllership to ensure accurate, timely data inputs
  • Build, lead and develop a team of 2+, and establish FP&A as a trusted partner across the company

Requirements

You Are

  • An individual with 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic finance — prior experience in fintech, payments or e-commerce is strongly preferred
  • A proven people manager, having led and developed teams of 2 or more
  • Strong on analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into decisions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Educated to degree level in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CFA / CA / CPA / MBA is an advantage
