Position Responsibilities:
Contribute to the shaping and execution ofthe Asia Distribution Strategy asrequired
Support Distribution Governance functions on ongoing/ad hoc endeavors
Support Business Units on specific strategic initiatives asrequired
Support multiplestrategicprojects and initiatives across the Regional Distribution portfolio, driving innovation and transformation
Develop andmaintainstrong relationships withstakeholders across the organization to ensure effectiveend-to-enddelivery
Required Qualifications:
Strongexperience inbusiness strategy,able to make sense of the uncertain and ambiguous business environment todistillthe key issues,develop novel solutions to old problems, andmake the link to the changes necessary toactually deliveron the proposed strategy
Experience inhaving conceived andexecutedondigital transformationend-to-end to create tangible value. Familiarity with anagile organizational modelis essential
