Senior Manager / Director of Product Marketing (Taipei, Taiwan)
SoftEye is hiring a Product Marketing leader in Taipei to define the narrative for our augmented reality (AR) platform and drive go-to-market strategy across enterprise and OEM partners in Taiwan and the broader Asia region. This senior role will translate AR system-level capabilitiesincluding perception software, system software, sensors, embedded compute, and hardwaresoftware integrationinto differentiated value for customers, partners, and developers.
Taiwan is a global innovation center for AR hardware, sensing systems, compute platforms, and device manufacturing. This position plays a key role in shaping SoftEye's regional platform strategy as we expand our commercial organization with the support of TDK.

Key Responsibilities
- Define AR platform positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation across system software, perception technology, and integrated hardwaresoftware experiences.
- Translate AR architecture, perception models, sensor fusion, and system behaviors into compelling customer and developer-facing value.
- Lead or contribute to go-to-market plans for AR platform releases, system-software updates, perception improvements, and developer-enablement programs.
- Develop high-impact content including messaging frameworks, solution briefs, competitive narratives, partner materials, and sales enablement collateral.
- Conduct ongoing AR market, ecosystem, and competitive analysis to support roadmap decisions and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and Business Development to ensure platform direction aligns with customer needs and market signals.
- Represent SoftEye in customer engagements, partner discussions, analyst interactions, and industry events across Taiwan and Asia.
- Build repeatable playbooks for messaging, sales enablement, partner engagement, and vertical-specific GTM motions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment around shared narrative, customer value, and launch plans.
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, Ecosystem Development, or related technical go-to-market roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience with system software, embedded platforms, chipsets, or developer ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of AR system-level technologies including hardware, OS layers, middleware, SDKs, perception systems, and integrated platform architectures.
- Proven success positioning and launching platform technologies, developer-facing products, or complex system software.
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, differentiated narratives for enterprise, OEM, and developer audiences.
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage, or emerging technology environments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for customer, partner, and executive engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or technical graduate degree.
- Background in AR/XR, spatial computing, perception systems, semiconductors, embedded platforms, or edge AI.
- Experience influencing product decisions, representing platform narratives externally, or owning competitive positioning.
- Experience planning and executing major launches or GTM initiatives.
