Senior Manager, Corporate Finance and M&A - Energy Company

The Company

Our client is a fast-growing infrastructure and energy company with regional presence in Asia. They are currently recruiting for a driven Regional Senior Manager to drive regional M&A, project financing and fund-raising activities for their continuous growth plan in the Asia market. This is a strategic business partnering role working directly with c-suite stakeholders.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO directly, you will lead the regional project financing and capital raising activities for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, including financial structuring and lender engagement. You will work closely with banks, financial institutions, and advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle to support M&A, strategic investments, and cross-functional project execution with finance, legal, and technical stakeholders. This role may require travelling of 20-30% in the region.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must be

• Degree qualified in Economics/Finance/Accountancy. CFA/CPA will be a plus.
• At least 7-8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Prior Big 4/Investment backing candidates preferred.
• Prior experience in infrastructure/Energy/Petrochemical sector with regional exposure is highly preferred.
• Preferred candidate who has fund raising and project financing as well.
• Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders.
• Must be open to travel in the region.
