Senior Manager, Controlling & Treasury

Treasury Operations

• Oversee cash functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, wire payments, fraud prevention, FX management, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank relationship management.
• Manage timely and accurate settlement and reconciliation of payments.
• Support management of the Group's intercompany loans/ intercompany settlements, accrued interest, etc.
• Ensure day-to-day conduct and cash management activities under supervision and compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Provide treasury support to internal stakeholders in a professional and thorough manner.
• Support project implementation on innovation around system automation, reporting, process, and control.
• Identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities related to treasury.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Payment Management & Fintech Partnerships

• Manage commercial relationships with acquirers, payment gateways, and payment service providers.
• Negotiate acquiring rates, settlement terms, service levels, and other commercial arrangements.
• Coordinate with regional and product teams to prioritize new payment methods, features, integrations, and market requirements.
• Evaluate the financial, operational, control, and regulatory implications of payment products and partnership proposals.
• Coordinate with Legal, Commercial, and Operations teams to support AML and other obligations applicable to the company's payment-facilitator activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance-related experience, especially in treasury.
• Experience in bank relationship management and maintenance.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Payment facilitator and fintech compliance experience is a plus.
