Job Description

The position is a senior member of the Claims Department. We seek a highly qualified individual with a strong commitment to lead and implement transformational strategies to achieve the company's targets and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing claims team operation, ensuring adherence to all Company and Department objectives, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while effectively mitigating risks.

  • Actively participate in system enhancement, claims management, claims services transformation, pre-assessment process, FWA and cost containment projects.

  • Provide training and develop both on-shore and off-shore staff to enhance service quality and achieve organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with the different Teams of Company to deliver quality claims services.

  • Handle any ad hoc assignments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Not less than 12 years relevant working experience and at least 5 years working experience at manager level or above.

  • University Graduate will good language and communication skill(both spoken and written).

  • Solid experience in claims adjudication and pre-approval.

  • Experience in Group Life and Medical insurance fied preferred.

  • Healthcare / Claims profession als with good medical knowledge.

  • Healthcare professional preferred (like Registered Nurse and other Allied Health Care Professionals) but not a must.

  • Command of both English and Chinese (including Mandarin), oral and written.
