We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Channel Manager (Eshop and Costco) to lead our Costco and Eshop channel operations in Taiwan. This role is pivotal in driving commercial excellence, optimizing trade strategies, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape and a passion for delivering results.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement trade strategies and commercial plans to achieve sales and profitability targets across designated accounts.
- Sales Planning: Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies that align with Suntory's mission, vision, and long-term goals.
- Resource Optimization: Manage sales resources effectively to maximize ROI and channel performance.
- Execution Excellence: Ensure the delivery of tools and capabilities that enable outstanding sales execution and in-store presence.
- Conflict Resolution: Lead solution development initiatives to address potential channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
- Team Development: Inspire, develop, and retain team members in accordance with company policies and growth objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record in channel management espcially in Costco and Eshop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; capable of creating senior-level presentations and conducting detailed analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong command of English.
- Intellectually alert, highly analytical, resourceful, and creative.
- Strong performance orientation with a focus on delivering measurable results.
