Senior Manager - Carpark Portfolio
Job description
We are now seeking for Senior Manager - Carpark Portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of carpark management services
- Formulate and implement comprehensive business plans, and strategic growth roadmaps that are fully aligned with Management's strategic vision.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team to drive the revenue stream and solutions for carpark portfolio
- Stay abreast of market updates and collective insights to offer recommendations to top management in identifying potential business opportunities
- Offer professional and value-added advices to respective departments and senior management for handling incidents
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Business Management or related disciplines
- At least 12 years of solid experiences with proven track record in both business development and financial performance, preferably carpark or building management businesses
- Professional membership of MCIH / MHKIH/ PMP license is a plus to this role
- Experienced in rolling out new business models and digital initiatives
- Commercially astute with strong leadership capabilities
