Senior Manager, Business Finance & Analytics

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager will support the Assistant Vice President (AVP) in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights for the business. This role will lead a team to deliver performance analytics, and actionable recommendations to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize business outcomes for the resort's key non-gaming units including Attractions, Hotels, MICE and Food and Beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide insights on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability trends.

Business Performance Management:

• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Partner with business units to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Strategic Support:

• Assist AVP in preparing executive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support strategic projects, including scenario modeling and investment analysis.

Data & Analytics:

• Oversee development of financial models and predictive analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting systems.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor analysts to build strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 8+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or analytics, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs.
