About the Role

Responsible for providing advice in highly technical investment-related areas

Job Responsibilities:

Investment Communication & Fund Sales Activities:

  • Speak at investment seminars to end customers and conduct trainings to agents, distributors and clients on to highlight the advantages and benefits of AIMHK's funds.
  • Articulate investment trend & fund features in professional and laymen's terms to agents, brokers and end customers.
  • Formulate fund sales strategies and communication plans to promote AIMHK's funds and investment services.
  • Support the development of web/App based sales and client engagement tools to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct investment marketing activities and events to raise the awareness of AIMHK's investment capabilities, funds & services.
  • Work closely with the marketing/business development teams of AIAHK, AIAT and GULPB to promote AIMHK's pensions and investment-linked products.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the key contact person in relation to investment- and fund-related requests from customers and stakeholders.
  • Handle customers and stakeholders feedback on AIMHK's investment products & services.
  • Coordinate AIMHK's departments to respond to fund-related requests and questions.
  • Leverage the intelligence on customers feedback and advice senior members of the team on business gap and opportunity.

Fund Collateral Production:

  • Develop and design AIMHK's fund- and investment-related sales materials & training materials for retail investors.:
  • Prepare investment- and fund-related market commentaries.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of fund sales, investment marketing and/or product consulting experience in financial institutions and/or financial service firms.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics or Business-related subjects.
  • Investment-related professional qualification (e.g. CFA or CAIA).
  • Holders of SFC license 4 or 9.
  • Knowledge of MPF and mutual fund markets as well as wealth management products.
  • Good team player with strong coordination skills to work with colleagues from various cultural background.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • In-depth understanding of fund analytic tools such as Morningstar, Bloomberg and/or Lipper.
  • Experience in managing project-based works.

  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
