Description & Requirements
The Senior Manager, Brand Operations plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of seasonal processes and integrated brand initiatives. This role is responsible for strategic budget management, annual planning and key objective setting, brand go-to-market integration & campaign delivery, and general process optimization to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence.
- Oversee brand marketing budget planning, tracking, reconciliation, proactively analyzing and influencing how investment is allocated across initiatives to drive efficiency.
- Key driver of the brand Annual Operating Plan (AOP), guiding investment allocation in partnership with Regional functions and Market brand leaders. Supporting with investment proposals and stakeholder buy-in.
- A connector between regional & global brand, product/merch, and business strategy teams - ensuring brand is integrated effectively to enterprise GTM cycle and ensuring key inputs and milestones are delivered throughout the process.
- Drive the end-to-end brand GTM process for integrated regional brand campaigns, ensuring campaigns are briefed and delivered on time, providing regular status updates, and serving as a key partner to brand, creative, channel, and market teams.
- Own the annual and seasonal Brand Calendar process, including facilitating decision making, calendar publication, updates, and regular communication to key stakeholders.
- Support the development of functional brand objectives/OKRs and translating into measurable goals, tracking progress, and integration across teams.
- Steward of Region/Market brand operating model, proactively driving adoption and optimization. Recommend process improvements to overall brand operations & structure including Roles & Responsibilities and change management.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Maintain organized access to key process documentation and project materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience (2+ years in an operational role)
- Demonstrated fluency in key business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate data and processes into clear, compelling strategic narratives
- Ability to work cross-functionally with experience working in matric environment (Region, Global, and Market teams)
- Global experience, behaviour and mindset
