Job Description:

Job Requirements

  • Conduct research on the needs of Mainland China HNW clients across insurance, tax, succession, immigration, education, healthcare, and lifestyle planning.
  • Assess the current client value proposition, identify gaps, and develop proposition materials, client stories, and case libraries.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to build a strong HNW knowledge base.
  • Build and manage the non-insurance partner ecosystem across tax, legal, trust, family office, wealth, and lifestyle services.
  • Oversee the full partnership lifecycle, including identification, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and governance.
  • Develop practical tools for channels and case managers, such as playbooks, training materials, client scenarios, and partner directories.
  • Gather channel feedback and translate insights into proposition refinement and partner development.
  • Act as a bridge between internal channels and external partners to support client opportunities.
  • Lead assigned HNW projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in insurance, private banking, wealth management, family office, HNW advisory, or related consulting.
  • Strong experience with Mainland China HNW clients and understanding of cross-border client needs.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Chinese fluent Mandarin required.
