Job Descriptions:

  • Design and conduct leadership and agency manager training programs to drive recruitment, productivity, and retention
  • Develop structured leadership pipelines and senior-level talent development plans to support succession and future-ready leadership
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co-create impactful training content, methodologies, and learning journeys
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously enhance training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Contribute to training governance, short-term and long-term training strategies development, and resource planning in alignment with the Company objectives
  • Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks, and experiential learning approaches
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc initiatives related to leadership capability building and organizational development

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with 10+ years of relevant training experience from the insurance industry
  • Well reversed leadership training experience, including designing, planning, and delivering of workshops
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing and delivering leadership training for mid-to-senior level leaders
  • Ability to analyze training needs, instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation
  • Sound knowledge and experience in talent development frameworks, leadership competencies, and succession programs
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and partner across teams
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating business needs into learning solutions
  • Hands-on experience with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual learning design is a strong plus
  • Proficient in written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
