Proposing job upgrade to cope with expanded scopes of strategic planning team function under Chief Agency Officer, especially taking the lead of the whole agency productivity function, which require high level of collaborations across teams/department and frontline agents in order to ensure delivery of outstanding performance from Agency Distribution.
Job Descriptions:
- Define and prioritize product roadmap and backlog aligned with business goals in the designated digital tools.
- Work closely with agents, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver seamless digital experiences for activity management.
- Lead change management by planning and driving adoption of new digital workflows and system updates among agents.
- Gather user feedback, analyze data, and iterate product features to optimize agent productivity and customer engagement.
- Coordinate training and communication to ensure the tool is well adopted.
- Align with the Company's business ambitions and strategic pillars to define strategy road map and formulate short-, medium- and long-term transformation and optimization plans for the Agency Force
- Partner closely with agency leaders/agency manager to deliver organizational vision by effective action plan, in order to ensure alignment and prioritization in agency force, also to develop customer-centric proposition and solutions, and to deliver effective business outcome with excellence.
- Partner with business and functional leaders in Hong Kong and in Group office to articulate specific segmented strategy to be executed in agency force, drive clearly defined agency proposition and to develop and execute plans to transform Agency with our strong digital capability.
- Contribute to the project and program plan development, milestone setting, as well as monitoring the team's progress against plans, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate, lead, and create leadership communication deliverables including reports, presentations and other outputs.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as Product Owner or similar role, ideally in insurance or fintech digital products.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Agile development experience and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with life insurance operations and agency workflows preferred.
- Excellent command of English, ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous
