The Role

You will lead the design, administration, and governance of z/OS security with Broadcom CA Top Secret (TSS).. In this senior role, you'll be responsible for TSS operational controls, drive MFA and certificate practices, strengthen encryption and network protection (AT TLS/IPsec), integrate security telemetry with SIEM, and partner with platform, database, and application teams to keep our IBM Z estate compliant, resilient, and audit ready. You'll also guide modernization efforts and support complex changes while reducing risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own CA Top Secret policy and administration

• Enable strong authentication & MFA on z/OS

• Protect networked services and crypto

• Harden USS/OMVS and platform security

• Logging, monitoring, and forensics

• Compliance, risk, and change

• Support hybrid environments and migrations

Required qualifications:

• experience working with z/OS security

• experience with administering Broadcom CA Top Secret

• MFA implementation experience

• Proficiency with SMF/security logging and SIEM

• Understanding of RACF and ACF2

• Tooling fluency: JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF,

• strong diagnostic and documentation habits

• ITIL, SOX, ISO 27001 familiarity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience across RACF/ACF2/TSS.

• SIEM exposure

• Scripting/automation

• Relevant certifications
