Job Overview
Arm is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Manager to lead all aspects of end-to-end logistics operations supporting the manufacturing and distribution of our AGI CPU products, from wafer to SoC and reference boards. This role is responsible for coordinating material movement across a complex global semiconductor supply chain, ensuring seamless execution between wafer fabrication partners, outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) providers, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and internal planning, operations, and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate combines deep semiconductor supply chain expertise with outstanding ability to drive execution across multiple external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics for AGI CPU products from wafer fabrication through assembly, test, and delivery to customers or downstream manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate global logistics activities across semiconductor foundries, OSATs, substrate suppliers, test facilities, ODMs, and global 3PL providers.
- Monitor shipments proactively, identify potential delays, and drive rapid resolution of transportation, customs, domestic and cross-border shipment, and carrier issues.
- Ensure timely movement of wafers, substrates, packaged devices, engineering samples, qualification material, and production inventory.
- Manage cross-border shipments in accordance with company trade compliance policies and requirements, including collaboration with Arm Trade Compliance, 3rd party logistics partners, customs brokers, and other agents.
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience managing logistics involving semiconductor fabs, OSATs, and 3PLs.
- Experience with international freight operations (air, ocean, and courier), customs clearance, and import/export documentation for cross-border shipments including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other supporting documents.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or equivalent.
Nice To Have Skills And Experience
- Experience working with major foundries, OSATs, and logistics providers in the Asia-Pacific semiconductor ecosystem.
- Knowledge of cross-borders shipment requirements, Incoterms®, bonded logistics, and semiconductor handling requirements.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows including wafer fabrication, wafer sort, assembly, test, and final shipment.
- Effective in networking and building strong relationships
