Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong work ethic to be part of our team as the Senior Logistics Engineer to provide Operator, Engineering and Maintenance Leadership experience to support Lockheed Martin Ground Based Radars in Taiwan. This role will be based in Taiwan,and reporting to our GS Senior Program Manager in Syracuse.

Serves as the primary in-country Senior Logistics Engineer supporting Ground Based Radar Systems (GBAS) growth and operations in Taiwan, this role has overall responsibility for supporting active GBAS Radar contracts and acting as the primary interface with TAF staff.

The selected candidate will coordinate closely with the Syracuse-based GBAS Program Manager to support development, integration, test, delivery, and sustainment of TAF Radars, ensuring successful execution across cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk. The role includes daily coordination with TAF, support to proposal efforts and collaboration across Lockheed Martin functional teams.

This position requires frequent interaction with customers, government agencies, industry partners and Lockheed Martin leadership, as well as the ability to identify program challenges and develop mitigation plans to ensure contractual compliance and on-time delivery.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate is a selfmotivated candidate with a significant experience and knowledge in program and leadership management principles or project lead experience on development programs in Taiwan (preferably with Ground Based Radar Systems) . You have skills/demonstrated experience in:

  • Working with Taiwan Air Force (TAF) / Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF) for daily coordination.
  • Ability to translate Operator, Maintenance and Engineering data.
  • Ability to coordinate with local government officials when special test considerations or facilities are needed in Taiwan.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Mandarin and English, as well as MS Office experience i.e. Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
